I’m Co-CEO at Chelsea & Rachel Co.: a women-owned agency specializing in eCommerce strategy, UX/UI design and Shopify development.
How would you describe yourself?
I am a positive vibrant woman, survivor of cancer and domestic abuse who has become a real life Phoenix, grateful for a second chance at life. I am a person who cares deeply about her kids, others ,and celebrating women’s successes in many ways.
What qualities does an effective marketer need to have?
Curiosity, honesty, grit, a strong work ethic, and compassion.
What has been your biggest professional success so far?
10 years of business as a female founder and scaling a team that does best-in-class website launches on Shopify Plus.
What causes are you most passionate about?
Helping women have awareness around domestic violence and also passionate about no child hungry and educational opportunities for women in tech and black women who code etc.
What do you think is the biggest challenge facing eCommerce brands?
Scaling in a healthy way; simplifying chaos from a fast paced AI world.
What's your favorite loyalty program or subscription offering from an eCommerce brand?
Oooh I love many Yotpo, Inveterate, Recharge, Loop, Ordergroove, Loyalty Lion but it all depends on the ease of use for customers and I love the simplicity that Yotpo multi-product offerings has.
What do you geek out over?
Client success and big wins with new creative launches that have incredible UX/UI.
