During the nomination period, any woman who works in eCommerce qualifies; this includes anyone from founders, marketing managers, developers, and so on, working at brands, agencies, or other businesses within the ecosystem. Let’s recognize these superstars. This is an inclusive community for all women and their champions.
The Founder category celebrates women that founded an eCommerce brand, while Rising Star recognizes women who are making a name for themselves by challenging their teams to think bigger, push harder, and offer more. The Leader category honors women in a leadership role who direct with a clear vision and inspire and elevate their team, while the Marketer category recognizes women changing how eCommerce brands find, grow, and engage shoppers today. And last, but not least, the Innovator category celebrates women who are disrupting the industry and creating a new vision for what eCommerce can be — whether that’s on a big scale or in their day-to-day operations.
