Sr. Director of eCommerce & Online Sales

“I have a no-fear attitude when it comes to pushing for change. ”

Tell us about where you work and what you do there.

I am the Sr. Director of eCommerce & Online Sales for FILA North America. I started my career in the social space, helping brands navigate this new medium before moving into eCommerce. At FILA I have had the honor of leading our online team during a time of exponential growth and transformation.

How would you describe yourself?

I am a California girl living in NYC. I enjoy the fast-paced lifestyle and opportunities of NYC, but I would always rather be on a beach somewhere. I dedicate a lot of my life to work, but making time for myself, my friends and family, and my charity are huge priorities for me.

As a woman of color, I am a huge proponent for diversity and inclusion. I have a no-fear attitude when it comes to pushing for change and learning from those around me. I am all about love, understanding and a good time.

What do you think has been your biggest professional success so far?

I am on a leadership board for a charity called Summer Search. They provide underserved students full-time mentors for up to 7 years and send them on transformative trips. I truly felt that I made it when I was able to get one of the students from the organization a job at my company. Being able to leverage all of my hard work to open the door for someone coming up behind me makes it all worth it.

Where do you find inspiration?

I truly don’t know what I would do without my friends and family.

Glossier is a brand that I admire for the way they disrupted the beauty space and gave the voice back to their consumer.

What do you geek out over?

I can get super into the weeds about 3D printing, especially as it relates to bioprinting. They can print an EAR! Science is amazing.

What's your guilty pleasure?

I love tamarind candies. I can only get them from the market in LA, so I always bring back a giant stash for my friends and me.
