Tell us about your company and role.

I am the SMS and Ad Creatives Lead at Hustler Marketing. What does this mean? I bring ideas into action. I love creating new services within our agency — from learning the ins and outs to creating team processes and educating the whole Hustler Marketing crew. 


My side hobby? Breaking the stigma around SMS and educating the world on the power SMS holds for every single brand. 

How would you describe yourself?

Organized! And let’s not forget, full of love for everything eCommerce! 


I can’t live without learning new things and sharing my knowledge with the world. I can’t and don’t want to feel stagnant by any means. I love the marketing and eCommerce world too much to leave it unexplored. 


Outside of work — I am a traveler by heart, enjoying the remote hustle to its fullest, exploring the world and broadening my horizons. 

What qualities do you think an effective marketer needs to have?

A great marketer should be, first, passionate about everything around them. Open to learn every day from each situation. Marketing is not just about your work hours, it’s about everything you notice in your day-to-day activities. You observe people, learn how to talk to them, how to relate to them and make them feel great. 


Marketing is about psychology and understanding the world around you. Great marketers are always great with people, they know what they can offer, and how to make you crave it. 

What has been your biggest professional success so far?

Showing the power of SMS to many, many brands and thus, helping them develop their brands even further. There are a lot of misconceptions around what SMS is. I am proud I had the honor to learn what SMS is capable of and share that with our team and clients.

What causes are you most passionate about?

Mental and physical health are very important for me. I think this is the driving force for a truly happy life. I think everyone should have the ability to work on these two, even starting from a very early age. 

What do you think is the biggest challenge facing eCommerce brands?

In 2023, I am noticing two main pain points for many brands — acquiring new customers while staying profitable and retaining the customers, basically making clients fall in love with you. And I really love the fact that my role is helping solve both!

What's your favorite loyalty program or subscription offering from an eCommerce brand?

I can’t lie to myself — I love gifts! Anything that will come to me for free, I would want it and do all the steps to get it.

What do you geek out over?

Finding new ways and funnels to make customers fall in love with a brand,  looking over spreadsheets with amazing results, and actively talking to people about SMS. I am quite sure they don’t see it coming in most cases!
