JuneAdaptive.com helps people of all abilities find easy-dressing clothing. I’m the brand’s founder, and I have close family members who live with disabilities and a background in fashion and tech. JuneAdaptive.com has been featured in the Globe and Mail and most importantly helped hundreds of families and people who live with disabilities improve their lives.
How would you describe yourself?
I’m proud to be a Chinese-Canadian female founder and first-generation immigrant from Hong Kong.
What qualities do you think a true innovator needs to have?
They need to be a risk taker and action-orientated.
What has been your biggest professional success so far?
Being able to combine my experience in apparel and eCommerce to be able to help people of all abilities get dressed a little easier through Juneadaptive.com.
What causes are you most passionate about?
Accessibility, diversity, and inclusion
What do you think is the biggest challenge facing eCommerce brands?
With the cost of acquisition getting higher, being able to sustainably find new customers.
What's your favorite loyalty program or subscription offering from an eCommerce brand?
I always love getting a discount on subscription food items.
