I’m the Associate Director of eCcommerce at Health-Ade, leading growth and retention strategies to drive eComm success. My role blends art and science, with a focus on digital media performance, customer retention, and website optimization to create seamless, high-converting experiences.

How would you describe yourself?
I’m a data-driven marketer who thrives on solving problems and driving growth. Whether optimizing a landing page or refining a retention funnel, I love blending insights, storytelling and strategy to create an impact.
I’ve also been honored with my team’s award “Most likely to answer “Yes” to “Can you see my screen?” – so you could say I’m always game to collaborate.
Outside of work, you’ll find me snowboarding, adventuring with my hubby, or hanging with our new puppy. I believe we all have the power to make life (and work) a little brighter every day.
What qualities make someone successful in the eCommerce industry?
Adaptability, courage, and a test-and-learn mindset. The industry moves fast so it’s important to embrace change, take calculated risks, and track everything. Stay curious, but don’t get distracted by every shiny new feature.
What has been your biggest professional success so far?
Leading the integration and launch of our new brand SunSip on health-ade.com in record time, while maintaining strong growth for our core business, Health-Ade Kombucha.
I’ve also spearheaded major projects like implementing new marketing technologies, revamping our loyalty program, and improving eCommerce profitability—helping exceed revenue goals and improving bottom line.
What causes are you most passionate about?
I’m passionate about animal rescue and advocacy, especially for bully breeds – they’re the sweetest, most loyal puppers when raised in loving homes.
What do you think is the biggest challenge facing eCommerce brands?
Strained consumer trust, rising competition, and shifting economic conditions. Loyalty programs and authentic brand storytelling are more important than ever, and brands that deliver seamless omnichannel experiences— across retail, DTC, and marketplaces – will stand out.
What's your favorite loyalty program or subscription offering from an eCommerce brand?
True Botanicals – where I was introduced to the power of great loyalty and subscription models.
What do you geek out over?
My puppy, Goose! Shredding fresh pow lines. The incredible power of our minds. And all things analytics, it’s cool how data tells a story and drives change.
