Tell us about your company and role.
I am the founder and CEO of Beehive Meals, a rapidly growing freezer meal delivery service based in Utah. We currently serve 12 states with frozen, ready-to-cook meals that make life easier for busy families. My role is to lead the vision, build a strong team, and ensure that quality, culture, and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of everything we do.

What qualities do you think a successful founder needs to have?
A clear vision, resilience, the ability to adapt quickly, and a deep care for the people they serve—both customers and employees. Empathy and a willingness to invest in others are also crucial for building lasting success.
What has been your biggest professional success so far?
Winning an award for being one of the best places to work in Utah in 2024 as well as being recognized as one of Utah’s fastest-growing businesses (#3). It’s a testament to the incredible team we’ve built and the culture we’ve cultivated at Beehive Meals. Growing our business sustainably while maintaining that culture is something I’m incredibly proud of.
What causes are you most passionate about?
Foster care is a cause very close to my heart. My sister foster adopted two wonderful children, and I’ve seen the impact it can have, firsthand. I’m also passionate about creating opportunities for employees to grow professionally, giving them an opportunity to progress their careers while building something meaningful for themselves.
What do you think is the biggest challenge facing eCommerce brands?
Standing out in an increasingly crowded space while maintaining profitability. Balancing rapid growth with the ability to scale operationally without sacrificing quality or culture is another challenge many eCommerce brands face.
What's your favorite loyalty program or subscription offering from an eCommerce brand?
I appreciate loyalty programs that go beyond discounts and create a sense of community. For example, programs that offer exclusive content, early access to products, or opportunities to connect with the brand in meaningful ways really stand out to me. They make customers feel valued and part of something bigger.
What do you geek out over?
Streamlining operations and finding ways to simplify complex systems with creative solutions. I’ve grown Beehive Meals as a scrappy entrepreneur, so getting creative in our solutions is something I thrive on.
